Trust & transparency

The safeguards behind every reservation.

Six independent checks — from NHBRC enrolment to POPIA data handling — that back every rand you place with Ebukhosini Estate. Tap any badge on the home page to jump straight to the detail.

Build quality

NHBRC-registered developer

Every apartment, villa and house at Ebukhosini is enrolled with the National Home Builders Registration Council. That gives buyers a statutory 5-year structural warranty enforceable against the developer and the NHBRC directly.

  • Developer registration renewed annually
  • Each unit enrolled before slab cast — enrolment certificate on file
  • 5-year structural warranty backed by the NHBRC Warranty Fund

Sectional title governance

CSOS scheme registration in progress

The estate is being registered with the Community Schemes Ombud Service. The management and conduct rules for the body corporate are drafted to CSOS templates so investors know exactly how the scheme will be run before transfer.

  • Draft management & conduct rules available on request
  • Levies budgeted and published per unit type — no hidden step-ups after occupation
  • Independent managing agent to be appointed at first AGM

Secure payments

Escrowed reservation deposits

The R5 000 reservation deposit is held in the conveyancing attorney's trust account under Section 86 of the Legal Practice Act. Funds are only released against a signed sale agreement — or refunded on request during the cooling-off period.

  • Trust account audited annually; Legal Practitioners' Fidelity Fund cover
  • PCI-compliant card processing via bank-grade payment gateway
  • 7-day cooling-off refund window on every reservation

Transparent pricing

Published, phase-locked pricing

Every layout has a published starting price, a published phase-by-phase escalation schedule and a published launch cut-off. What you see on the site is what appears on the offer to purchase.

  • R/m² and headline price shown per unit type — no bespoke uplifts
  • Escalation dates published in advance and enforced automatically
  • Bond calculator uses SARB prime; no inflated illustrative rates

POPIA data handling

Your data stays with us

Ebukhosini Estate is the responsible party for personal information collected via this site. We collect only what we need to send you the prospectus, follow up on your enquiry and process your reservation.

  • No sale or sharing of leads with third-party marketers
  • Data hosted in South Africa / EU regions with encryption in transit and at rest
  • Request access, correction or deletion at info@ebukhosiniestate.co.za

Municipal approvals

Moretele Local Municipality approvals

The 24-hectare parent erf is zoned for high-density residential with mixed-use rights. Township establishment and general plan submissions are lodged in phases so unit registration can follow occupation without delay.

  • SG-approved general plan for Phase 1 on file
  • Rezoning and consent-use approvals granted by Moretele LM
  • Bulk services agreement signed with the district municipality

Supporting documents (NHBRC enrolment certificate, SG-approved general plan, draft CSOS rules, trust-account letter and POPIA manual) are available on request — email info@ebukhosiniestate.co.za.
